Hey there everybody, my name is Alex.

I've been shot down, labeled, hurt, and depressed more times than I can count. There was a time when I taught myself to go through life with a smile on my face no matter how much I hurt inside, and then cry about it at night.

I also learned how to move on. My friends are always there for me and through their love for me, I've learned that the world is a beautiful place and no number of insults or venomous comments can ever stop it from being beautiful. My friends sat me down and taught me to love who I am. and I do.

TWLOHA's actions are a lot like those of my friends a few years ago, when they pulled me out of a ditch and brought me back to life. I want to help TWLOHA as much as I can because I know what it's like to be on both sides of the battle.

Basically my life now is composed of 2 things, Music and my FRIENDS.


Music makes keeps my world turning. When I'm happy, it makes me happier, when I'm in the dumps, it gives me wings to fly.

My favorite band is Paramore. I've been listening to them for the last 4 years. When their first album came out, the lyrics got me through my first major breakup with a boyfriend, and through my parents constant fighting. When RIOT came out, it got me through losing friends and family. I owe so much to their music because it honeslty helped me so much.

My friends know who they are. without their love, I wouldn't be half the girl I am today. I would just be another one of those "emo" kids you see at school that everyone thinks is weird. I owe my life to my friends.
